Tchaikovsky- Lenskiís Aria from Evgeny Onegin- In this famous Aria from the second act of the opera, Lenski is waiting for the duel with Onegin as he reflects on his youth, his upcoming death and his love for Olga. The Aria is transposed in this arrangement to B minor and as mentioned in the introduction, if one choses to try playing with a high C string, one can keep the same fingerings and end up playing in the original key of E minor.
