"Ave Maria" by Franz Biebl has been arranged for Tuba/Euphonium Ensemble by Andrei Strizek. This wonderful tune works very well for this medium. It is scored for two groups within the ensemble. Group #1 is Euph. 1, Euph. 2 and Tuba 1. Group # 2 is Euph. 3, Euph. 4, Tuba 2 and Tuba 3. Andrei Strizek has set this choral work very cleverly and it was well received at the International Tuba/Euphonium Association Midwest Regional Conference held on Feb. 17, 2005. Highly recommended. |
