"Salon Music for Violin and Piano" was written in 2000 by Hiram Titus. There are two movements: Allegretto; Presto. The two movements are contrasting in the style of Fritz Kreisler... one lyrical and romantic, the other dynamic and virtuostic. Contemporary in feeling (with a hint of Prokofiev) though definitely inspired by the musical style of Fritz Kreisler. |
